What qualifies me - and what doesn't
No one can have twenty years of experience with this law - it bears the number 2024/1689. The question is a different one: who has done the work, and can it be inspected?
I am not a lawyer. I run companies myself and faced the same decision as you: hire a lawyer, hire someone in-house, or do it yourself. I chose to do it myself and built the documents I needed. What they look like you can see further down - before you talk to me.
I also work as a high-performance and consciousness coach. That is not a side project - it is the same work in a different form: freeing people from what slows them down. In coaching it is the mind. At Regulario it is regulation.

The law was there. What I lacked were usable documents.
The text of the law was never the problem. It is public, anyone can read it. The problem starts afterwards: what does it mean for us, who has to do what, and how do you show later that you did it?
As a managing director I saw three paths: hire a lawyer, hire someone in-house, or do it yourself. For me that meant money, money, or a weekend I did not have. Every option was uncomfortable.
That is exactly what I wanted a solution for: something that takes this burden off entrepreneurs - fast, without turning into a consulting project. What the documents look like you'll see right after this. Not because regulation is exciting, but because it costs nerves, time and money that are needed elsewhere.
It was never the rules that were missing. It was documents I could use on Monday morning.

Reachable in person
With ongoing support you get personal support from our team, the product assistant and one annual walk-through of your documentation. The one-time initial documentation includes none of these services.
Partner law firm
Where training and templates end we work with a partner law firm. Access to preferred rates is part of ongoing support; the mandate itself is entered into directly between you and the firm.
