Headcount determines the price tier. Ongoing support keeps building blocks and legal status current and includes personal support. The one-time initial documentation reflects the legal status at the time of your export; after that, upkeep and updating are your responsibility.

Ongoing support: 12-month minimum term, paid in advance. One-time initial documentation: 90 days of cockpit access, then 30 days in export-only mode. If you move to ongoing support within 3 months, we credit the one-time fee in full. No setup fee.
